"No employer wants to find themselves in receipt of a boilerplate letter from lawyers representing an angry employee. A year prior I had laid off a part time employee, for good and legal reasons. However, the letter was claiming "wrongful termination", and multiple other twisted, and outright false, claims. I felt helpless and misunderstood.
